This event is open to the public; however, we do ask that you register on our website to ensure we have an accurate count of products for our guests.
Tickets for guest attendance are free; therefore, no refunds are available.
Transferred tickets may be subject to verification, and invalid or fraudulent tickets will be denied entry. Official ticket transfers must be arranged through the designated ticketing platform.
All table payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer table holds or reservations without full payment. We do not accept partial payments or hold tables based on verbal agreements, email communications, or unpaid reservations.
Cash will only be accepted the day of the event. Cash is not accepted for table purchases.
For standard table purchases, authors and vendors are eligible for a 100% refund, minus any applicable processing fees, if the request is made within 15 days of the original table purchase date. After the 15-day period, purchases become non-refundable, and refund requests will not be granted except in documented emergency situations.

The event will be held inside. However, if weather conditions are not favorable, The Black Ink Experience reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In such cases, ticket holders and event participants will be notified via email and provided with alternative options.
Yes. Our event participants will have merchandise for sale at the event.
Although we cannot prevent networking attempts, we do ask that you limit the amount of promotion you do if you have not purchased a vendor and/or author table. All event participants paid to promote their goods and services at our event and we want to make sure they are not overshadowed by a guest who did not purchase a table.
No. If you have not purchased a vendor and/or author table, you are not allowed to make any sales at this event. Anyone that is not a paid participant found to be selling products will be asked to leave the event.

All commercial, professional, and promotional photography or videography must be approved in advance. Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos for their enjoyment and to share their experience. However, flash photography, tripods, and professional camera equipment are not permitted without prior authorization.
